Jay Wilkins is a doctor of naturopathy who has been practicing health and wellness modalities for over 25 years. From 1993-2005, Dr. Wilkins operated a fully staffed wellness center with a focus on electro-dermal screening, homeopathy, functional medicine, energy medicine, massage therapy, detox programs, non-invasive health screenings, and herbal remedies.

In 2005, Dr. Wilkins became interested in the revolutionary 1998 Nobel Prize winning research on nitric oxide (NO) nutrition. He was so captivated by this groundbreaking research, that he sold his practice and began sharing the benefits of nitric oxide through lectures and product development. Vázquez-Tanus is board certified, Medical Director of Doral Cardiology, is an experienced clinical and research cardiologist.   His philosophy and practices are a blend of both Western and Eastern medical therapies. He offers a custom fit, personalized, evidence-based medicine best described as “integrative" and defined by a functional all systems-based approach to well-being.

Dr. Tanus serves as a key Advisor for Bionox, focusing on our Practitioner distribution network, and on specific applications of our products that support cardiovascular health and peak performance. 

James VanBrocklin is a serial entrepreneur who has founded, funded, and scaled numerous successful businesses. Recognizing the challenges of formulating and launching a new, premium supplement line James, cofounded with his brother, Dana, NutraLinkUSA to increase the efficiency of product development from formulation manufacturing, branding, and marketing to DTC sales platform development, consumer education and logistical management. James recently sold his interest in NutraLinkUSA to focus more time and energy on BioNox.

Working with start-ups to midsize to large brands, James and his team handled everything from creating product formulations, assisting with FDA compliance guidelines, designing and creating effective branding, helping with specialized packaging, and manufacturing products in an FDA-registered cGMP/NSF manufacturing laboratory, that provided the required FDA certifications.

Representing dozens of U.S. manufacturers in the food, beverage, dietary supplement, cosmetic, health & beauty industry, James is known for his passion for quality, formulating efficacious products that work. He is a nutraceutical operation’s expert, and is an expert on providing “white glove” concierge services in the custom manufacturing industry.  

James cofounded Bionox to commercialize and proliferate products based on the powerful health and wellness properties of nitric oxide. He brings decades of supplements industry experience, and entrepreneurial expertise to the day-to-day operations of Bionox.

Craig D. Allen has more than 30 years of wealth management and investment banking experience. For the past fifteen years, he has focused increasingly on serving as an interim, fractional/consulting, and full-time CFO, with an emphasis on supporting the development, scaling, and success of start-up and early-stage businesses. He has served in CFO roles with more than 25 companies. Allen’s experience includes a strong background in capital markets, investment banking, financial/wealth management, and financial planning for individuals and businesses.

Allen holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from Concord Law School at Purdue University Global (2021), a Master of Pacific International Affairs (MPIA) degree from the Graduate School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) (formerly the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies) at the University of California San Diego (2003), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University (1990). Allen also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA); is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP); and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) certification.
