Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.  On products that you have used during the 30 days from the purchase date, you will be given a refund on those products used.    

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

You may not purchase a product, then purchase it again and ask for a refund unless the second product/purchase was damaged in some way. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

We do not cover the shipping cost of the return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
