Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition is unlike any other nitric oxide formula on the market.

Here's why:
• We use the highest dose of arginine (5 grams) and citrulline (2 grams) to create real therapeutic effects that you feel immediately. Cheaper products use a fraction of the amounts of these active ingredients (or none at all) needed to produce tangible results.
• We include beets and other fruit extracts that help create nitric oxide via different pathways creating a nitric oxide boost from multiple biochemical reactions in addition to arginine + citrulline.
• We include herbs, minerals, and antioxidants that substantially extend the life of the nitric oxide molecule, creating a long-lasting, powerful, and highly effective time-release effect.
• We include absorption factors that additionally increase the bioavailability of all ingredients.
• All these factors combine to create rapid results that you feel almost instantly and continue to feel throughout each 24-hour period.
• Compared to other nitric oxide formulas, Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition has a superior taste. Our customers love how it tastes!
• Our product is in a unique category of health and sports crossover. People take it for the gym, blood pressure, serious cardiovascular complications, and everything in between.
• Other products may be cheaper, but they are either completely ineffective or only last for a short period of time. At best, they are made to get people through a quick workout or to make them feel better for just a few minutes. Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition lasts for 24 hours and has a therapeutic effect many times greater than cheaper, less potent formulas.
It just works. Our users regularly tell us that the energy they receive is unmatched. Many have reduced their reliance on dangerous medications and made incredible strides in their personal health.

Why does Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition cost more than some other formulas?

The short answer is that we use higher dosages of better quality, highly effective ingredients. Our goal is not to create the cheapest option but rather to create a product that works like nothing else. Many nitric oxide formulas use less than 500 mg of citrulline or have a small amount of arginine. We use more than five grams of arginine (AKG) and two grams of citrulline.

This is the exact ratio (2:1) that is clinically proven to work. Everything in our formula has a purpose and documented benefits for creating, supporting, and extending nitric oxide in the body.

All ingredients are included in dosages that have real, tangible therapeutic effects that users can feel. Other formulas list small amounts of ingredients on their labels but use doses so small that they are there more to impress than to provide any actual results. Ingredients only matter if they come in substantial therapeutic dosages, which our product alone uses to maximum effect.

3 Months and you will not live without this product again!

WE LOVE Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition!!! My father used to sit around in sweaters and blankets, but after 2-3 months on Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition he never again complained about being cold, and my diabetic husband got the same results! His blood sugar has come down so much and he has decided to stop taking his medication on his own because the benefits he's gotten with it were more effective than the insulin which also made him dizzy. I'm pleased that this is a doctor recommend formula that has integrity - what's on the label is truly in the product! I have a Health & Wellness shop and now can recommend Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition to my clients who are themselves enjoying their own wonderful experiences - including great sleep as well. I highly recommend taking it for at least 3 months to see how well it will help you or your loved ones without delay. Thanks BIONOX, for a top notch nitric oxide product at a very competitive price!!!

Produces Great Results

Our alternative practitioner first recommended Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition for my spouse for his heart. He had seen much improved results after just the first five months. I am now taking it to help with poor circulation. After just a couple of months I'd noticed an improvement in several aspects of circulation. Further improvements are noticeable every few weeks. Very thankful we found this supplement! Highly, HIGHLY recommend this product. It definitely produces great results in how you feel, and in test results as well.

Bionox Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition is much better than other Arginine products

I discovered Arginine about 10 months ago. It just changed my life. My health had improved a lot. I tried all sorts of arginine and arginine/citrulline products. Two months ago, I tried BIONOX Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition. I can feel it's a few times better than the others. I think because it's got a better formula. I'm taking three scoops a day. Most of my fatigues are gone. I still feel tired once in a while, but not all the time. I have better concentration, better memory. Even emotionally I feel better; I am in a much better mood now. Thank you, Bionox.

- Simon

It's for overall wellness, not just for the gym or bedroom.

On a 1-10 scale I would give a solid 9. From a fitness stand point it’s very favorable when lifting. From a libido stand point it’s like being 16 again. I would recommend this product to just about anyone I know.

Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition has become a critical plank in my Immune Strengthening Protocol

Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition has become a critical plank in my Immune-Strengthening Protocol. For the last couple of years, I've experimented with two other kinds of Nitric Oxide enhancers, but stopped using them because they contained so much sugar and because their ingredients did not seem to me to be of the high quality I was seeking. When I ran across Bionox Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition earlier this year, I could see results almost immediately (in part, because Nitric Oxide enhances oxygen availability in our cells). I had more energy, better circulation in my hands and feet, and noticed some other benefits of a more personal nature. In effect, the increase in NO started causing the functionality of my body in a number of ways, to start saying "YES!"--Even though I was not taking it consistently - just from time to time.
A couple of months ago, I decided to begin taking it 5 days/week. First thing in the morning, and in the early evening - with best results seeming to come from taking it at least an hour or so before/after eating. And I could tell the difference. I spend a lot of time looking for ways to enhance my immune system. If what nature gives me is enabled to do its best work, the odds of holding on to a vibrant health profile are going to be increased tremendously. And that's just what seems to be going on when I take M3 and flood my cells, improve circulation and help stabilize my blood pressure. And I can do this while consuming much less sweetener (using small amounts of xylitol and stevia), than with the other two brands I was using. I give this product a 5.5 out of 5!

Triglycerides are down and lab work is perfect!

I have to share this with you: My husbands last triglyceride reading was 401 and since taking the Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition it is 174! All lab work is perfect! I told the doctor today what he is taking and he is researching it because he likes to find things that are natural to tell his patients about. I was shocked by that honestly. He is a doctor at of internal medicine and if he would encourage his patients to take it, that would be awesome!

Great for weight management!

I love using Bionox Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition for all my athletes

Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. I was a wide receiver for the San Jose State Spartans up until 2013. The last 9 years have been dedicated to training some of the fastest athletes ever to run the 100 meter and 60 meter dash in the US history. I have coached national record holders, multiple state champions, and national champions in Team USA track and field.

I love using Bionox Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition for all my athletes. Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition gives them an advantage in recovery and performance. My athletes over the years have consistently seen tremendous results in endurance, strength gains in the weight room, and better recovery when taking the formula. I have noticed a big difference in our championship victories as it helps my athletes get a competitive edge on the track. My recommendation for them is to take 2 scoops an hour before track practice and additional scoop before sleep for added recovery during heavy training cycles. Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition gets it done!

Sheep wool (lanolin)

Consuming arginine makes my cold sores come back. Is there a method to mitigate the effects of the arginine while still receiving the advantages of your product?

You can take 1000 mg of lysine at a different time of day than in the Ultimate Nitric Oxide Nutrition.

Why does Bionox add so many antioxidants and premium herbal ingredients?

Nitric oxide (NO) is a highly reactive molecule that has a short half-life of a few seconds. As a result, it is susceptible to rapid degradation and inactivation by various reactive oxygen species (ROS) and other free radicals present in the body.

Antioxidants are compounds that help to neutralize ROS and other free radicals by donating an electron and thereby stabilizing the radical species. This is important because ROS and free radicals can react with NO and decrease its bioavailability, leading to reduced vasodilation, impaired endothelial function, and increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

Antioxidants can help to prolong the life of the NO molecule by neutralizing ROS and free radicals that would otherwise react with NO and impair its function. In addition, antioxidants can also help to regenerate other antioxidants that have been oxidized by ROS, such as glutathione, which can further protect NO from oxidative damage.

Several studies have shown that antioxidants can improve NO bioavailability and endothelial function. For example, a study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology found that administration of the antioxidant vitamin C improved endothelial function and increased NO bioavailability in patients with coronary artery disease. Another study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that supplementation with the antioxidant alpha-tocopherol improved NO-mediated vasodilation in healthy adults.

Overall, antioxidants help to prolong the life of the NO molecule by neutralizing ROS and other free radicals that would otherwise react with NO and decrease its bioavailability. For these reasons we include the best antioxidants and herbs in our formula so that the nitric oxide molecule lasts much longer and absorbtion and arterial health is supported as well.

Nitric Oxide FAQ's

Why is nitric oxide so important?

Nitric oxide is essential since it allows blood, nutrients, and oxygen to travel to every part of your body. As we get older, our bodies' natural ability to make nitric oxide reduces, which increases the chances of unwanted health complications. By taking Bionox supplements, we can increase circulation, energy levels, digestion, muscle recovery, bones, sex, athletics, vitality, vision, and brain function.

Why do I need to be watching my nitric oxide levels?

As you get older, your body's ability to make nitric oxide decreases, opening you up to the risk of health challenges. By taking Bionox supplements, you are activating the innate power of your body to realize optimum health.

Is there really a need for a supplement?

Nitric Oxide supplements are overall safe to take. Each Bionox product serves a different purpose to help your body achieve optimum health..

What if I experience any negative symptoms?

All Bionox products are considered GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) compliant. However, as you use therapeutic doses of any nutrition, you may experience symptoms like digestive upset, fatigue, or others. Every person is unique and should be treated as such. Our general recommendation if you experience any unwanted effects based on perceived use of our products is to stop taking them for a few days and then try again slowly; such as taking half of the recommended dose or less and working up to the full dose if possible. If you still experience unwanted symptoms, you are welcome to get a full refund for your purchase.

Nitric oxide and glaucoma

Nitric oxide (NO) has been studied for its potential use in the treatment of glaucoma. Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases that can damage the optic nerve and cause vision loss or blindness. It is often associated with increased intraocular pressure (IOP) in the eye.

Nitric oxide is a molecule that is naturally produced in the body and has several functions, including the regulation of blood flow and the relaxation of smooth muscle. In the eye, NO is involved in regulating IOP and blood flow to the optic nerve.

Studies have shown that NO plays a role in regulating the tone of the trabecular meshwork, which is the tissue in the eye that helps to regulate the outflow of aqueous humor (the fluid in the eye). By increasing the outflow of aqueous humor, NO may help to lower IOP and reduce the risk of damage to the optic nerve.

In addition, NO may also have a neuroprotective effect on the optic nerve. Studies have suggested that NO may help to prevent or reduce damage to the optic nerve by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation in the eye.

Several drugs that increase the production or availability of NO in the eye have been studied for their potential use in the treatment of glaucoma. These drugs include nitroglycerin, a drug used to treat angina, and sildenafil, a drug used to treat erectile dysfunction. Some studies have shown that these drugs can lower IOP and improve blood flow to the optic nerve in people with glaucoma.

Overall, while more research is needed, NO appears to have potential as a therapeutic target for the treatment of glaucoma. However, it is important to note that NO-based therapies are still in the experimental stage and should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

Here are some links to studies that explore the potential use of nitric oxide in the treatment of glaucoma:

Nitric oxide and diabetes

Research has suggested that nitric oxide (NO) plays a crucial role in the development and progression of diabetes.
One study found that NO production was significantly reduced in individuals with type 2 diabetes compared to healthy individuals. This reduction in NO production is believed to contribute to impaired blood vessel function and the development of cardiovascular complications in diabetes.

Another study found that increasing NO levels in individuals with type 2 diabetes improved their insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism.
Furthermore, research has shown that NO plays a role in regulating insulin secretion from pancreatic beta cells, which are responsible for producing insulin in the body. Impaired NO production may contribute to the dysfunction of beta cells and the development of diabetes.

Overall, the research suggests that maintaining healthy levels of NO may be important in preventing and managing diabetes. However, more research is needed to fully understand the relationship between NO and diabetes and how NO-based therapies could be used to treat diabetes.

What studies have been done on Vitamin E and nitric oxide?

Study Title: "Vitamin E enhances endothelial nitric oxide synthase activity in endothelial cells" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9856938)

Summary: This study investigated the effect of vitamin E on endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) activity in endothelial cells. The authors found that treatment with vitamin E increased eNOS activity and nitric oxide production, suggesting that vitamin E may enhance endothelial function by promoting nitric oxide production.

Study Title: "Vitamin E supplementation improves endothelial function in type 1 diabetes mellitus: a randomized, placebo-controlled study" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19109500)

Summary: This randomized, placebo-controlled study investigated the effect of vitamin E supplementation on endothelial function in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus. The authors found that vitamin E supplementation improved endothelial function, as measured by flow-mediated dilation of the brachial artery, suggesting that vitamin E may help to improve nitric oxide bioavailability and promote cardiovascular health in patients with diabetes.

Study Title: "Vitamin E and nitric oxide in pre-eclampsia: another example of endothelial dysfunction?" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11466662)

Summary: This study investigated the relationship between vitamin E and nitric oxide in women with pre-eclampsia, a condition characterized by endothelial dysfunction. The authors found that women with pre-eclampsia had lower levels of nitric oxide and vitamin E compared to healthy controls, suggesting that vitamin E may play a role in promoting nitric oxide production and endothelial function in this population.

What do studies say about grape seed extract?

Grape seed extract (GSE) is a dietary supplement that is often promoted for its potential health benefits, including its cardioprotective effects. Here are three studies that provide evidence for GSE's potential heart health benefits:

Study Title: "Grape seed extract reduces blood pressure in hypertensive subjects" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15640470)

Summary: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial investigated the effects of GSE supplementation on blood pressure in hypertensive subjects. The authors found that GSE supplementation significantly reduced systolic blood pressure compared to placebo, suggesting that GSE may have antihypertensive effects and may help to improve cardiovascular health.

Study Title: "Effects of grape seed extract consumption on platelet function and blood pressure in hypertensive subjects" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24334460)

Summary: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial investigated the effects of GSE supplementation on platelet function and blood pressure in hypertensive subjects. The authors found that GSE supplementation improved platelet function and reduced systolic blood pressure compared to placebo, suggesting that GSE may have beneficial effects on both hemostasis and cardiovascular health.

Study Title: "Grape seed extract supplementation attenuates the adverse effects of high-fat diet on endothelial function in rats" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19284627)

Summary: This animal study investigated the effects of GSE supplementation on endothelial function in rats fed a high-fat diet. The authors found that GSE supplementation improved endothelial function, as measured by aortic relaxation responses, and reduced oxidative stress and inflammation in the aorta, suggesting that GSE may have cardioprotective effects by improving endothelial function and reducing oxidative stress.

What do studies say about beetroot extract?

Beetroot extract has gained attention for its potential benefits for cardiovascular health, particularly in the context of exercise and blood pressure. Here are five studies that investigate the effects of beetroot extract on blood pressure and exercise:

Study Title: "Beetroot juice and exercise: pharmacodynamic and dose-response relationships" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23839191)

Summary: This study investigated the dose-response relationship between beetroot juice supplementation and exercise performance and blood pressure in healthy adults. The authors found that higher doses of beetroot juice led to greater improvements in exercise performance and blood pressure, suggesting that beetroot juice may have potential as an ergogenic aid and blood pressure-lowering agent.

Study Title: "Effect of beetroot juice on lowering blood pressure in free-living, disease-free adults: a randomized, placebo-controlled trial" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23473470)

Summary: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial investigated the effects of beetroot juice supplementation on blood pressure in healthy adults. The authors found that beetroot juice supplementation significantly reduced systolic blood pressure compared to placebo, suggesting that beetroot juice may have potential as a dietary intervention for reducing blood pressure.

Study Title: "Beetroot juice supplementation improves high-intensity intermittent type exercise performance in trained soccer players" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23842842)

Summary: This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial investigated the effects of beetroot juice supplementation on high-intensity intermittent exercise performance in trained soccer players. The authors found that beetroot juice supplementation improved exercise performance and reduced perceived exertion compared to placebo, suggesting that beetroot juice may have potential as an ergogenic aid for athletes.

Study Title: "Acute effect of a high nitrate diet on brain perfusion in older adults" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25459980)

Summary: This study investigated the effects of a high-nitrate diet, which included beetroot juice, on brain perfusion in older adults. The authors found that the high-nitrate diet improved cerebral blood flow in several regions of the brain, suggesting that beetroot juice may have potential as a dietary intervention for promoting brain health.

Study Title: "Acute beetroot juice supplementation on sympathetic nerve activity: a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled proof-of-concept study" (Link: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27716697)
